EWB Canada's
National xChange Event Series
What is the xChange Event Series?
Engineers without Borders events are born from a desire to unite communities, foster local ownership and education, as well as spark equality on a local, national, and global scale.

The xChange Series of regional events across Canada unites socially engaged STEM students, professionals, subject matter experts, academics, and more to work towards an equitable and sustainable future.
Through the xChange Series, EWB hopes to inspire, educate, and empower our community of young leaders, and the broader community across Canada to practice inquiry, ingenuity and collective action toward a safer and resilient future.
Previous Events
In 2023, xChange Event Series were held in 4 cities across Canada - Waterloo, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver - and these regional events leveraged engineering and tech to search for solutions to combat climate change's impact on vulnerable communities.

650+ University engineering and STEM students organized, participated, learned, and made connections to community organizations, professional engineers, professors, and subject matter experts passionate about these issues.
